realMyst realDisappointing

Fond memories of the original Myst as well as Riven. They ran so well on much older slower lower capacity hardware. I was surprised to find this version 1.1.2 is virtually disfunctional on my Mac Book Pro (Intel Processor) despite having more than the required memory and processor speed. Graphics are less than the 20 year old original, moving through the game is painfully slow or not at all. Waiting for this software to work would take longer than I took to solve the originals.
